The main question comes to our mind is why we need to make things smaller?
The answer is simple by making smaller things we can make it lighter, faster ,cheaper and most importantly highly intelligent, more sensitive.
so next question comes to our mind is why only nano scale it is because the particles at nano scale behaves totally different from normal particles the physical and chemical properties.We can manipulate the laws of physics at nano scale we can make it favourable according to our needs.

Nanomedicine is a branch of medicine that applies the knowledge and tools of nanotechnology to the prevention and treatment of disease. it involves the use of nanoscale materials, such as biocompatible nanoparticles and nanorobots, for diagnosis, delivery, sensing or actuation purposes in a living organism.
There are many methods of curing a disease there are many traditional methods and there are many modern day methods. Then what is the use of new field of nanomedicine?

- As we have discussed earlier nanoparticles are very sensitive so we have to use them very carefully.
- Nano particles are highly toxic so we have to use them in particular environment slight change in the environment can change the whole action of that nano particles.
- If the Nano particle gets dissolved in body or gets reacts with human body then it will be a huge problem for humans.
- Human body temperature is key factor for developing nano medicine or nano particle.
What we can’t see can destroy Us:
Nanoparticles may damage the lungs. We know that ‘ultra fine’ particles from diesel machines, power plants and incinerators can cause considerable damage to human lungs. This is both because of their size (as they can get deep into the lungs) and also because they carry other chemicals including metals and hydrocarbons in with them.
Nanoparticles can get into the body through the skin, lungs and digestive system. This may help create ‘free radicals’ which can cause cell damage and damage to the DNA. There is also concern that once nanoparticles are in the bloodstream they will be able to cross the blood-brain barrier.
but the main concern is about nano waste which cant be filtered by any normal filtration methods as these nano particles are highly toxic it will cause water pollution and it may leads to many new diseases for humans and aquatic plants.
In 2021 the nano waste will be tripled than in the 2020 there are no perfect filtration techiniques or dumping techniques for nano waste. These waste can cause water pollution and can destroy many aquatic creatures.
one of the famous scientist quoted that “Incurable diseases will eventually force mankind to justify disruptive nanotech and genetic engineering.”
If we use nanotechnology in correct way it will be boon to human technology if we use nano tech recklessly then it will cause destruction to our own planet.
